Wispe Blond is a pure beer, full of natural taste. Our Blond has fruity aromas and flavors. It has a dry finish with a slightly sweet taste. The basic flavor comes from the pils and cara malt we use. The hop character is obtained by the Hallertau hop. Our Blond is an easy-to-drink beer that combines well with burgers, fish and salads.
Wispe Wit will let you taste the summer all year round. Our Wit is a slightly spicy white beer. Through the use of coriander, orange peel and borrow elderberry it gets a citrus and fresh taste. The Wit is a four-grain beer brewed with wheat, spelled, oats and rye. The Wispe Wit combines well with spicy dishes, fried snacks, chicken and salads.
Wispe Tripel is how a beer with caracter should taste. Our Tripel has a soft malty flavor with a nice hop aroma. A beer wich has a slightly fruity aftertaste with notes of banana and vanilla. It is a three grain triple blond beer from barley, oats and wheat. Our Tripel combines well with hard cheeses, poultry and salads.
Wispe IPA is dark gold in color with a great white foam on top. Our IPA is full of hops. The aroma ’s reminds you of citrus and tropical fruit. A refreshing beer with a round bitterness as an aftertaste. Our IPA combines well with spicy and spicy dishes, such as nachos and chicken wings, but also burgers.
Our Weizen is a classic beer, brewed according to the rules of the German Reinheitsgebot. A wheat beer with the signature notes of banana and cloves. Wispe Bock will let you taste a real beer of the season that you can enjoy the best from the first autumn days. Our Bock has a beautiful ruby red color and is nicely bittersweet in taste. The brewing process differs a bit every year. The Wispe Bock combines well with game, beef and, for example, a dessert such as dame blanche.
With our non-alcoholic IPA you can taste a refreshing beer with an aroma of tropical fruit. The beer is well hopped and therefore has bitter tones. A low-alcohol beer with a great taste. The Wispe 0.5 combines well with spicy and spicy dishes, such as nachos and chicken wings, but also burgers.
When brewing this porter, original Van Houten cocoa from Weesp was used. The result is a dark beer with a full roasted taste and notes of chocolate. Our Porter combines well with game and red meat and strong sauces such as truffle mayonnaise.
Our Dubbel is a typical Belgian beer, with flavors of dark malts, caramel and a yeast from the Abbey. A classic strong and dark beer. The Wispe Dubbel combines well with stews and grilled meat such as spare ribs and burgers.
With this NEIPA we usher in the Roaring Twenties of the 21st century. A sparkling beer with a floral bouquet of hop aromas, nicely balanced and with a fresh taste. Our NEIPA combines well with spicy and spicy dishes, such as nachos and chicken wings.
Our Wispe Quadrupel requires time and attention. Warm and intense in taste. with a long, creamy finish. A powerful and dark beer full of complexity. This is a beer that you can really enjoy after a winter day. You can combine the Quadrupel well with aged cheeses and red meat.
The Wispe 1683 is inspired by a recipe from the 17th century, the heyday of the Weesper brewing industry. It is a top-fermented, multigrain beer, with authentic ingredients. The Wispe 1683 enhances the taste of fish, onion and sweet vegetables.
We have added the herb verveine and ginger to this Saison. It is a spicy beer with a dry aftertaste. A real thirst quencher. The Wispe Saison goes well with dishes with softly ripened goat cheese, goat cheese and turkey or chicken from the oven.
Celebrate the first rays of sunshine with this characterful spring beer. The bottom-fermented Wispe Lentebock is brewed with traditional malts. A seasonal beer with a nice firm aftertaste. This spring bock can be combined well with light salads of poultry, fish and meat products.
